Osteopathic Manual Therapy

Osteopathic manual therapy uses techniques like cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release, low grade joint mobilization, and soft tissue techniques to achieve freedom of the tissues. Restoration of structures allows the body to return to a more optimal state of function.

Remedial Massage Therapy

A rehabilitative focused massage; after assessing symptoms a treatment plan is put into place that the therapist and client agree upon. Throughout the treatment different manual techniques will be used to bring the body to a state of health.

I am an osteopathic manual therapist and remedial massage therapist working out of Essential Balance Health & Wellness. My treatments are focused on finding balance in the body by releasing tension held from repetitive use, poor posture habits, injury, stored up emotions, stress, and more.

I have explored a variety of continued education ranging from yoga and reiki to working with endurance athletes and various myofascial techniques. I look forward to working with you to achieve your somatic goals.
